Ericksonian Hypnosis (Milton H. Erickson, MD. 1901-1980). Hypnosis is a form of communication that may provoke changes in thought, feelings, and behavior. This American psychiatrist studied and developed the communication a unique manner to better help his patients by using hypnosis as his basic working tool. Since he realized that each human being responded differently to approaches and stimuli, he observed and considered the individual reality of each patient.

Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
was created in the 70`s by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. They studied three great therapists in order to establish the NLP: Fritz Perls (Gestalt), Virginia Satir (Family Therapist) and Milton Erickson (hypnosis).
"Neuro"- behaviors are product of the neurologic processes, from the perception of the world through the five senses.
"Linguistic´- is the use of language to command and express thoughts and behaviors; a way of communication. "Programming"- the concatenation of ideas and action with the intention of creating better results.
